Hey guys! Have you ever taken a class, and the forgotten everything the day it ended? Well that happened to me. Last semester, I took a beginner guitar class, and today when I was trying to practice, I realized I didn’t remember any of the basic chords or scales. Something good came about though,  I came across the new Youtube’s new college channel while looking for guitar tutorials. Have you ever wondered how lectures are taught at other colleges?  Or maybe you would just like to know what college will be like? Well this channel might be able to help you out.  It’s definitely not the same as being in a real lecture hall setting and getting the personal interaction, but at the same time you can really learn some valuable information.

I find this interesting. I see this all the time for animation classes as well! The power of the internet is crazy. When I was looking at colleges actually, the first thing I did was type the name of the school into the youtube search bar to see what was listed. I think it’s not only a great tool to view classes, but it also can give you insight into the quality of student work at the school and can give you access to virtual tours and dorm life as well!

Oooh, free classes on the internet? Sometimes, I feel like if I just had enough self-motivation to learn things on my own, I wouldn’t even to deal with college or its expense. Or at the very least, it’d make college easier. But I can’t even muster up enough effort for things I /want/ to do, much less things I should learn, whatever than means. Basically, it looks like I pay to be forced to do things for my own good. Meh.

You definitely need to be motivated to take classes online. One summer I took legal environment of business, and trust me, it was extremely difficult to set aside time to prepare for the class.
