Histology and Anatomy Tools

Well, since I’ll be studying up for the next couple of weeks, why not share some helpful Histology and Anatomy tools for all those going to medical school.

University of Leeds  -this site is really great for an initial simplification of the concepts

Histology World – a series of games and fun histology activities

Histology Lectures Online– Pre-recorded Histology Lectures!

Blue Histology-An overall histology source

And of course there’s always Shotgun Histology videos found on youtube!

DOTE Anatomy Topics – This is just a blog of random Anatomy knowledge

University of Michigan – Helpful practice for Anatomy Practicals

The Body Online – an absolute lifesaver for practicals

Anatomy Zone – self tests on all the parts of the body

Zygote Body – Google’s free program that lets you see the body in 3D  orientation, there’s also Visible Body  which costs money, but it’s way more anatomically correct

Duke Medicine – Main concepts from Anatomy, Histology and Embryology!

And there’s also a new learning tool called Picmonic. It’s a method of using pictures to remember concepts all through medical school! It’s not free, but may be worth the investment long-term 😀

Hope this information helped!

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation however I find this topic to be actually one thing that
I believe I would never understand. It sort of feels
too complicated and very vast for me. I am taking a look forward for your subsequent put up,
I will try to get the grasp of it!
